If you are not satisfied with your purchase then it can be returned within 30 days of the ordering date. Please contact me if you would like to return your purchased items prior to shipping them back to me.
If your purchased items were broken during original delivery then I will refund or re-make and re-send your items at no additional cost. Please contact me directly upon receipt of broken items and we will find a solution that best suits you.
For me to accept your return the goods should be not used in any way, un-damaged and returned in the packaging that they were sent in so as to avoid breakage. If the items were insufficiently packaged for return shipping then I will unfortunately not be able to provide a refund.
When I receive the goods returned and they are in acceptable condition then I will refund you via your payment method. This will be processed through Klarna, for further information see terms and conditions.

You are responsible for paying for return shipment. I will not reimburse these costs for you but if you need help ordering shipping then contact me and I can assist you with that and deduct the cost from the refund once processed.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service because I take no responsibility for receiving the return package if it is lost by the shipping service.
